This place is pathetic. Takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get through the drive thru even if your he only vehicle. They don't take American Express yet American Express offers Dunkin rewards. Absolute horrible service

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. When I arrived, I said ‘hi’ multiple times before anyone responded. When someone finally answered, the interaction felt rushed. At the pickup window, the employee spoke to me in a rude tone and seemed upset that I had tried to get their attention earlier.
