The food is good when they get it right. Half the time is either items missing or things wrong with the order. Not much more you can expect when you give a bunch of high schoolers and heroin addicts the responsibility of putting cream cheese on a bagel
absolutely the worst dunkin i’ve ever dealt with. i ordered THREE basic-ass items — a sandwich, coffee, and donuts — and it took over 45 minutes with the time constantly getting pushed back. y’all aren’t making a 5-course meal, what the hell is the delay?? and when i tried to call, your dumb-ass phone line went straight to a voicemail that literally said “goodbye” and hung up. are you kidding me?? no actual human to talk to, no way to ask what’s going on, just complete radio silence. you’re a whole business with no working p... read more
I order a large matcha latte light on the ice and they tried to give me half of a large drink in large cup saying it's because I wanted less ice! I have never had this happen i asked for my money back and left. They lost a good customer and I will tell people not to go there
