Staff is always very kind.
Sat in line at drive thru after opening waiting ALONE with no one in store or in drive thru, spoke to the intercom a few times with no help. Service is crap.
I had not been to this location before. Walked in with a smile on my face. There was one customer. I waited for probably a minute Plus for anyone to greet me at all. When I did step up to order my drink I asked the guy how she was doing this morning and she grunted at me. And then got my order wrong. When I asked if I could have the cream please she put it in a paper cup and handed it to me without saying anything. I imagine it was the manager that had the headset on?
