Always disappointed with the service. Seems to be under staffed and the male employee today seems disgruntled. I don’t need the negative vibes preparing my food and beverage. I will not be returning. Plus they have rude employees.

Pastry is always bad and hard and most are not good at making the drinks
The two or three folks who are behind the counter at any time (usually two) work quick while still taking the time to remember their repeat customers. They’re busy and will often run out of things, likely because of their convenient location compared to the size of the store. Still, they will make things work for you and happily offer alternatives! Good-natured guys who work hard and know their job.
Accept your mobile orders but takes forever or you get there and the doors are locked
