Anytime I place a mobile order or DoorDash there is always stuff missing, there has been times where half the order is missing and I have to wait at the window for them to make it or re order it through DoorDash. I understand things can get busy especially working in food, but it doesn’t take that much time to read and make sure things are right. Today I ordered two coffees and DoorDash it. I only got one coffee I just don’t understand

I went this morning for a coffee and some breakfast, my food was cold, I asked nicely if it could be warmed up and was met with the biggest attitude I have ever been met with from somebody in the service industry. There was no line only 1 car behind me.. the older lady at the window had a terrible attitude.. you have an easy Job.. who wants cold bacon and eggs?!
This store is terrible! I ordered on the app on Mothers Day and when my husband picked up the order some of the items where missing. They made him pay for the missing items that where already paid for. I called the manager and she said she understood what happened but couldn't refund me on the app. I feel that was their mistake and I should have been refunded immediately on the app! The customer is always right and something should have been offered. I wont go here anymore! Sad Mothers day!
