Dunkin just delete 70% of my points! Apparently they sent an email notice that they were going to confiscate all points older that a year! One would have thought that they would have placed a pop up on their app letting you know that they were going to confiscate older points if you don't use them! No they were hoping you didn't notice so they could reclaim the money they are accruing on their balance sheet!
Everytime I go I get the same thing. It’s a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich comes with two eggs. EVERYTIME I don’t specifically ask for two eggs on the sandwich I get one. Everytime I DO ask for two eggs I almost get an annoyed reaction saying “yup, it already comes with two” OH REALLY??? IF IT COMES WITH TWO MAKE IT WITH TWO EVERYTIME. GIVE ME MY EGG
