I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ location on Sunday, April 12 at around 10:00 AM. After receiving my order, I realized an item was missing and went back to the counter to ask for help. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored at first, and when I finally got someone’s attention, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. Some of the most rude employees I’ve ever encountered in food service work here. And a few months ago, they were slammed and busy and literally *locked me in the store*. I was coming in to get a mobile order and the store was open (3pm on a Saturday) and the door was locked. There were at least 6 other people in the restaurant, meaning they were literally locked in (a fire hazard) and after telling me “we’re closed,” the guy let me in to get my mobile order and locked the door behind me. Looks like not bad another dunkin Donuts....
I give this DD ZERO stars. Owner should take note that his employees are awful! I will Not be going back this location anymore and I am DD customer! Sorry but will drive out of the way not worth wasting my money here for lousy service and attitude!
