Mal servicio de la señorita al venderme un simple café americano caliente y me lo dio frío alegándome que me había dicho si frío o caliente que en ningún momento lo escuché y muy mala la actitud de la señorita que estaba dándo un training
Extremely disappointed with the Dunkin located in Rye brook. I placed an order via Mobile. Took 40 mins for the order to be ready. The entire staff looked disorganized especially the manager. I asked to speak to a manager and got no sympathy for the ongoing issue.
They need to seriously work on their staff. They totally screwed up my mom’s order full of cream, and when asked to redo. Their response was “that’s the way lattes are, here you go” . We threw the coffee out infront of them, one of the worst services I’ve had at a fast food chain.
