Didn't realize that my iced coffee order was wrong until I had left. $7.86 for a wake-up wrap and disappointment.
I’m fat so you really have to mess up on the food to get less then a 5 star on that service is always good but always room for improvement no matter where it is and the atmosphere is a typical dunks The team is great I don’t recall if they’ve ever messed up my order but again look back at my first 2 words it’s food I’m hungry I’m eating it lol
I had an absolutely awful experience here this past weekend. Sat (9/12/25) I ordered a Medium iced coffee. After waiting over 10 min in the drive-thru for a single coffee, it tasted very weird, which is basically normal for this dunkin (they never get it right). A couple hours later I was violently sick, and continued feeling nauseous for the remainder of the weekend. I filed a complaint on the app, and the manager got back to me, but offered no solution.
