Corporate greed at its best. They now have started to charge 0.50C for a cup of water.I have been going there every day for almost 10 years!!! I have spent a lot of $ there.!! The staff is amazing. Manager is good. But district manager April not so much!! I am calling her out. Message me on FB I would like to chat. this .050C for a cup of water is BS!!
No one answered the drive-thru. One person sitting in their car one person taking out the garbage knowing in the building and they say they're short staffed
This location screws things up consistently. Wrong bagel, wrong cream cheese, giving it on the side even when I specifically ask for it ON the bagel so I can eat it in my way to work. Coffee is made different every single time, and half the time they give me someone else's coffee. Wait times in the drive through are nuts compared to every other location around. Unfortunately this location just seems extremely disfunctional, but it's the only one near my apt so I'm at their mercy.
