Went inside for Decaffeinated Large Coffee , the Lady / employee made the coffee from the regular coffee pot, (strange) when I questioned the coffee, she told me several times , “it’s decaffeinated” Not in my experience, regular is regular, She, after being told I did not want the regular coffee, proceeded to grind and brew a pot of Decaffeinated coffee. This blew my mind. She told me a lie!!!! Then proceeded to have a nasty attitude! Never again I now drink tea This place is NOT NICE
Mobile orders are always wrong. Over charge for the wrong drinks. Donuts are hard. I don't suggest coming here if you want good coffee, or even what you actually ordered.
Every single time I come to this one. My order is always wrong and they want to argue with me instead of fixing it.
This place is horrible! The lady at the window looks miserable and is very rude. She pulled out the credit card maching asking for a tip. They have lost a customer never again!
The service was good. The food is good there and so with all the drinks and they're excellent on service and they are very good to the customers.
