If I could do no star I would for the service. The old is extremely rude and was too worried about being in a rush to even get our order right(there was no one even behind us nor in the store).
EXTREMELY RUDE OLD LADY! I used to drive a little further for this dunkin. But today i went with my 3 kids and had a larger than normal order, so im checking i got everything and the old indian lady starts being rude saying “oh my god” and yelling at me “ its all there” . Im pretty sure i have the right to take 1 more minute checking that all what i paid for is there! Specially after me having to choose something else because they run out of what i ordered. EMPLOYEES DO NOT WASH HANDS AFTER USING THE BATHROOM! AVOID! I stopped today for a coffee & the bathroom, but the stall was occupied and I waited for a minute or so next to the sink. Out comes a man with his headset on, clearly on a bathroom break in the middle of his shift. He walks right past the sink & out the door without washing his hands… after DOING #2!
