I ordered 10 munchkins - got 9 Bit into my munchkin and found a long hair in it! So disgusted, never going back. I also ordered a latte, asked for whip cream. He forgot it, I asked for whip cream when I saw it didn’t have any and he got all upset like he didn’t want to do it….??? Truly bad customer service and food all around. Hair is diabolical in a munchkin, it was all rolled up in there.
I was charged $1.50 for a cup of tap water to go with my order in the drive though. This amount was not mentioned on the board though, I noticed it on the receipt when I got home. The creepy guy leered at me when he gave me my order too, nasty place. They won’t be in business for long.
The worker kept saying that the other worker was making my drink but ended on it doing anything and sayting they were busy
Horrible service, staff is rude and food is stale. Bad experience.
