Omg every single time I come here I order extra egg and veggie and EVERY time they get my order wrong I try to brush past it but it’s starting to get annoying that every single time my order is wrong

I vested this Dunkin donuts because it's easily accessible on my home ,of Ave U and Bedford Ave.There is usually street parking,so it's not that hard to find a park.Store is at the corner.This was my 3rd time visiting it,I bought large iced coffee with whipped cream for my wife.She loved it ,the person who attended to me was very respectful,and made it especially for her, because I told him it was for my wife and she loves her iced coffee light and sweet from Dunkin donuts.Thanks

Worst customer service I ever had on dunkin I came just now for hot decaf coffee with soy milk and I was told that the store has only regular milk , skim milk and half &half , so I decided to go with just black coffee no milk since I do not drink dairy , just on my way out when I already opened the door I heard someone's order was pronounced as iced coffee with almond milk , I was not offered an almond milk as an option , so dear dunkin let me ask you a question , based on what you are offering almond milk to your customer ?... read more
