I ordered from mobile app at 2:45 pm and when I came to pick up at 3 pm they told me wait and after I asked my order they just ignored me and I went out. Very rude customer service and I didn’t get my order.

The employees are great, very friendly. But the iced coffee at this Dunkin location is terrible. I bought from here twice this week, and once a while back (forgetting the bad experience back then as well). The coffee just tasted very off. I thought maybe the employee used artificial sweetener instead of sugar, so I ordered an iced coffee without sugar and added it myself when I got home. Once again, just awful tasting. I get oat milk in my coffee so it could be the brand of oat milk they use, but every other Dunkin location ... read more
