I normally come to this Dunkin’ Donuts and have a good experience but the guy at the drive through register today (melanated man whos very tall) had the worst attitude. He didn’t say hello and when I asked him a question he ignored me. I normally don’t care as long as my food is ok. I forgot to get ketchup so I went through the drive thru line again and when I asked he gave me the most disgusted look anyone has ever given me. Customer service is a 0. 9/8/25 @ 12:55 pm
I placed a mobile order online and drove to the Dunkin’ Donuts to pick it up. When I got there to drive-through was long about seven cars in line. I decided to go inside the restaurant to pick up my order. I was the only customer in the entire store. When I got there waiting patiently to pick up my motor order by the mobile order pick up.
