Terrible service. It took about 5-10 min for anyone of the 5 people working to come to the register to take my order. No eye contact or any other acknowledgement a human was standing there. When my order was taken I wasn’t given the slip, instead I had to reach over the counter to get it out of the machine. Just an awful experience. We ordered at the drive through, but midway through our order the person told us that the manager threw out all the food and they couldn’t serve us. The woman seemed apologetic but also like the manager was berating her out of earshot from the drive through. It was a very uncomfortable situation, fortunately there was a nicer Dunkin’s up the street. I hope the lady at the window considers working there instead.
Very disappointing experience this morning. The store was already significantly backed up before my wife and I arrived, and several customers were understandably frustrated by the long wait. One customer eventually left because his order had been lost. What was most unprofessional was the manager on duty repeatedly blaming the delays on my wife because she placed a large order, even though the store was clearly struggling before we arrived.
