I ordered a dozen donuts plus 2 extra. They sent me a bunch of munchkins in the donut box along with 3 smashed in donuts. Had they have told the delivery guy they were sold out, I could've gotten a full refund. Since they sent whatever they sent. Doordash only gave a partial refund. Once I finally got through to the telephone number on my receipt. The women answered laughing, then acted like she didn't understand.
This was the worst service ever , disgusting attitude, filthy space , terrible customer service , terrible communication. Mocking and laughing at a customer. They were too busy on there phones to clean or take and get anyone order correct. Would not trust buying bottled water from this place that is how disgusting it was !!!
Worst experience of my life. Whoever was working Today Sunday June 21st at 4PM needs to be investigated. Both women there were extremely unpleasant. There was no welcoming. The space was a mess bugs all over the lobby. They got my order wrong not once , but twice. (I got a medium raspberry tea lemonade, you’d think really simple) they laughed and mocked me when I told them my order was wrong a requested a new one. Very pleased
$2 for a small cup of ice after buying a coffee is bad enough. Then I was handed a crumpled receipt pulled from the trash. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at Dunkin'.
