STORE WAS OPEN AND THEY'RE TELLING PEOPLE THEY CLOSED. WHY ADVERTISE YALL ARE OPEN ON NEW YEARS DAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK
Very bad service, took 20 min to get a small coffee. Poor quality management and probably the most unprofessional and slow staff in any previous dunkin donuts I have entered.
The manager for this store location is a horrible person. she throw my coupon at me after handing it over.
I give this location 10 negative stars Don't waste your time and money The rudest humans you ever did met!! community needs to boycott this place and bring something better to the people in Carroll gardens
