I ordered an iced cappuccino, and when they gave it to me, it turned out to be an iced latte, so I told them this isn’t an iced cappuccino. They told me they’ll fix it, and a minute later they gave me back my drink, but it turns out they just put the iced latte into a blender and blended it, and called it a cappuccino. When I got my drink back, I knew they just blended it, but I didn’t say anything so I don’t cause a hassle. But this is terrible service! Where’s the manager? This is lazy work.
Went to drive thru today for the happy hour iced drink special, which is advertised at every Dunkin. They had a sign out. I ordered a drink and the person said “we aren’t doing that anymore”. I asked why the sign was out right next to the drive thru. They just replied we arent doing it. I said ok and just ordered my drink. ????????????????
None of the employees give a darn here. This place is a total disaster. Everyone this is slow.
