Not a good experience
Waited 20 minutes to find out they ran out of cheese for sandwiches at 8:30 on Sunday.
I come to this Dunkin’ about three times a week because I genuinely want to like it—but I’m constantly disappointed. The service and quality just aren’t where they should be, and it feels like the problems go beyond just one shift or day. There’s almost always a long wait at both the ordering and pickup windows in the drive-thru. On top of that, my order is incorrect more often than not.
