We ordered a Coolatta off the app and they don't carry the vanilla flavor. We were offered another flavor or refund through the app. We chose the refund. We went to another Dunkin nearby and we asked the employee for help to get our refund through the app. He apologized and informed us that the employee that gave us the options should have given us a cash refund since that what stores are instructed to do if there was an issue with the order. The people very mean , when asking for information about the drinks and wraps, I won't be coming back.
Rude employees, aggressive and ignored customers with multiple workers. One employee should definitely not be working with people. Customer ahead of me got mad and left.
