The employee didn't acknowledge me when I walked up to the register for at least a few minutes. It's really not that hard to just look at a customer and say "We'll be right with you". Then, when she did come to the register she looked at me and said "Yeah?". Not "Can I help you?" or "What can I get for you?", no, she said "Yeah?" I ordered my food and she then punched it into the register and walked away without taking my money. She just assumed I was going to pay through a card but didn't wait or check. It is the slowest dunkin Ive ever been. 15 minutes to get a donut I preorderd. The ticket pulled and just dying in next to the printer while the counter girl stares into space
Was going to purchase coffee, but needed to use the restroom first and was refused access ( no public restroom line. ) I will not ever dawn their premises again; your willing to take my money, but not allow access to your restrooms to freshen up. DO BETTER... 👎👎
It says if you buy a drink on free donut day, you get a free donut. I ordered a deink and a sandwich and they told me no free donut because I didnt include it in my order? Blatant false marketing, officially done with dunkin donuts
