Lisa provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She was rude, dismissive, refused to help, cancelled order and refused to add cream on coffee. Employees with this attitude hurt your business and drive customers away. Management seriously needs to address this behavior.”
This place sucks
Good donuts
Coffee was good and made quickly but they are a bit disorganized. We ordered food for two and we’re waiting quite a while even watching the people ahead of us get food first and the employee stationed at food was doing busy work getting ice. They really need to work on serving the customer first.
