Islam is just rude. Couldn’t even stir my coffee. I’m here to spend my money. You shouldn’t talk to customers like that. Last time here
The old man at the counter looked at me while packing the lady before me and ran to take the order of someone that skipped the line like if I wouldn’t notice. Then got shocked when I walked out. Everyone is in a rush and all your guests should be treated the same.
The renovation of the place is great and much cleaner. However they need a "renovation" for the employees as well, they don't welcome guests nor do they make eye contact and there's this grumpy man with a beard who has anger issues. I love Dunkin, but you can't open up a place with bad employees.
Took quite a while to get my order.
Waiting 6 mins, no acknowledgement. Only customer, worst ever.
