Highly unorganized and uncoordinated. The wait time is way too long.
Came in with a mobile order waited more than 10 min. My iced latte was way too sweet. They had three employees with no hairnets. The tables and floor were very dirty. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location. They also skimp on the cold foam😪
Been coming to this Dunkin for 4 years & it’s fine? I guess? Sometimes? Like they usually give me what I order sure lol but like today is a perfect example of how they operate : I went in to order my coffee & food, a woman is putting cash into the register as I step up. She ignores me for a solid 3minutes while I stand there patiently waiting for her to address me (happy to wait for her to finish the task at hand before moving on to help a customer.) The woman said something while looking directly at me and said you will be summoned had an attitude and as soon as I got to work I threw up everywhere I’m never going back there and im calling the health people to go there and it’s dirty and spent 18 dollars on a drink and donut , unbelievable.
