I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to speak up about the poor management at this location. The manager, Alexis, is consistently rude and unaccommodating toward customers. She refuses reasonable requests, such as adding extra scoops of matcha, even when the drink is clearly watered down and looks like plain milk and ice.
