Staff is alright. One time I had made an order online and something happened with my bank where I still had paid but the order to this specific store didn’t show up. (I say this specific store because I know I selected this location) anyways, I showed that my order had been placed to a worker and she seemed slightly rude to me. I get a problem in the middle of a rush especially a morning rush is frustrating but we are all trying to just get in and out.
They gave me a half empty iced coffee. When I asked them to fix it they just filled the cup with ice. When I asked them to remake it cause it has way more ice than a normal drink would have. When I asked for a new one they literally just gave me the same one after mixing it around a bit.
They are the best! They have wonderful staff and helped us feel welcome our entire visit. Also the food was DELICIOUS
