All these workers do is talk talk talk about nothing at all so after they take forever to get you your order only then will you realise that your order is wrong AND theres hair in it.
I’ve been to this Dunkin twice to get a coolata and each time they’ve messed it up the first time no sugar the second time it was blended as if the blender was broken; ice chunks and watery both of these instances were in a week of each other I will not be giving them a third chance the dunkin on 18th St. is better
Refused to accept my reward points. Said scanner was not working and when i asked if she could manually input the code the worker told me to go to another Dunkin donuts
I called the store 3 times and they did not pick up
They’ve given me the wrong donuts that I ask for via mobile order on multiple occasions, and they NEVER call to let me know that they are out. They aren’t out because it’s the middle of the day they just lazy and dgaf.
