I ordered a Caramel Iced Coffee on this night of Tuesday January 7th 2025 around 6:35pm before closing time. I could have sworn i heard the worker who seemed to be working alone sneeze, then I went to the other side of the counter to watch him make my coffee, I seen him previously wiping running snot on his wrist, I got such a gross feeling but I knew I desperately ordered this coffee to help with my migraine headache, it wasn't sweet enough, I watched him add more syrup to it, he seemed irritated by me, not sure but I felt ... read more
Worst customer service from a Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever encountered. The staff had us standing there and wouldn’t not take our orders even after we acknowledged them. They just continued to take online orders and ignore us. I never even placed an order. A lady waited 10mins just for them to tell her they didn’t have decaf lattes smh
