One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only for the cashier to cancel it right in my face — just because she “didn’t have change.” No apology, no effort to fix the situation. I’ve never seen such disrespect toward a paying customer. This is beyond disappointing — it’s embarrassing for Dunkin’ Donuts as a brand. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve business at all.
This is one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to in New York. The coffee tastes very watered down and has no real flavor. The staff also seem untrained and not sure what they are doing.
Coffee tastes watered down! Customer service was cool, they remade the coffee, but it’s still watered down.
Thay are so slow everytime, makes no sense how i have to wait 10 mins damm near for u to take care of one customer to then get to me and burn my bagel everytime!! Horrible!!!
