The food is great. Coffee good and breakfast sandwiches are on point. But the lady behind the register soured my experience to the extreme for this specific location. My partner ordered a Latte without specifying hot or cold, and when we received a cold Latte we wanted to switch it out for a hot. The line worker asked if we wanted a hot coffee, or a latte, apparently forgetting that Dunkin serves Hot Latte's, or that they can even be Hot at all.
