My daughter pulled into Dunkin’ Donuts at 11:20 AM before she had to be to work at 1:00 PM, she wanted to grab some coffee come home and put her makeup on and get ready for work while she drank her coffee. I wanted to let you guys know a complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant experience I had at your Dunkin’ location on Northern. When I went through the drive-thru to order two boxes of coffee and two dozen donuts, the woman named Michelle on the intercom was immediately rude and unprofessional. Such an amazing experience! Friendliest staff and so much more willing to accommodate than the Bethany Home location. Doris was so amazing and made extra munchkins when they were out! 10/10 will go again!!
