Awful, the owners should be ashamed, and Dunkin should take this franchise back. The only business they do is because of the location. They were out of espresso at 12 pm! How is that possible for a coffee shop? I had to wait 25 min in the drive-thru line to find out they were out of my drink and then wait by the window with no one attending for another 5 min to get a refund. RIDICULOUS! I usually order the Sourdough bread breakfast sandwich. They NEVER butter the toasted bread. I sent it back. Was told it is EXTRA to butter it. So to properly make the sandwich is EXTRA?
Place has serious issues. They are always so far behind. Be prepared to wait an extremely long time.
The drive-thru here takes so long. Even when no one is behind you it shouldn't take more than 5 mins to finally get someone to talk, to then have to wait 10 more mins at the window for food that's been already made. The last two times I've been here the drinks have been made wrong even thou it was a mobile order. Is it so hard to read?
My Caramel latte has been perfect the last few times I've ordered it!
