Staff was super friendly and coffee came out great!
I've been a regular customer here for months, but the last several orders have been consistently messed up—wrong drinks, missing items, cold food. After one particularly bad experience I contacted the district manager, Elizabeth Lopinto. She assured me she would send a gift card to make it right, but I never received anything. Very disappointed in both the service and the follow-through.
Randy was such an absolute pleasure and made the best coffee I've had from this location! Kudos to him and the new team for making such a drastic change. Ill definitely be coming back!
