This was my first time ordering from this Dunkin location. I placed a mobile order and within minutes returned it. The food smelled spoiled and the donuts were dry. I immediately requested a refund because the order did not seem safe to eat. When I expressed my concern to the manager, she refused the refund and told me she sees “100 customers a day” and makes food to a quality standard.
