Went through the drive thru and had a very hard time getting order across to the lady in the store , seemed like order was lost in translation. When we got to window to pay and she went to hand us our drink we told her we ordered a cookie butter cloud late (the drink she had did not come close to what we had ordered) the lady began to argue with us saying she asked us twice what we wanted. Bought a cup expecting to receive a free coffee Not here they don’t but they will put into the cup you bought. What’s wrong with that picture. 🤬
Usually I come here in the morning and it's great. Today I came for lunch and it was not. I ordered the $6 meal deal and an order of bagel minis. They forgot the hash browns and my bagel minis were cold. I also asked for salt and pepper packets which were not in the bag. Guess I'll stick to breakfast times only.
