Yesterday at about 6pm i went in to get my husband and i caramel lattes and 2 donuts. The store was filthy. The worker didnt know what was a chocolate donut and both of my drinks tastes like he put milk and only a splash of coffee. If i wanted to drink only milk i would i went to the grocery store and buy a gallon of milk instead of 12$ worth of just milk. I was extremely disappointed with yesterday service
I don’t know why but they don’t know how to make matcha latte especially evening shifts or they just don’t care about the customers, why you even work there then?
