lazy employees and it’s always slow to take orders
Terrible customer service!! Especially from male employees. I ordered a box of donuts and the employee made sure to slam (threw it a little bit) on the counter, had attitude from the second I stepped up to the counter. It was disappointing given how nice and clean the Dunkin is; don’t think I’ll ever come back :(

just bought my autistic toddler of sausage on a croissant I get to the school down the block. It’s on a bagel. The bagel was burnt it toasted it had everything bagel seeds on it. My daughter is having a meltdown. It’s hard to get her together and now I’m sitting here with the wrong thing. I’m disgusted I go to the store every day I spend $12-$15 every morning.
