Nobody know what they’re doing. Can’t bother attitude. Gets mad when they mess up orders. Need an entire new staff. I’m just being honest and I’m sure I’m not the only one
Place has really gone down in quality. Staff has a “can’t be bothered” attitude. They ALWAYS get mobile orders wrong. Don’t do mobile orders here. It’s better to go in person so they can tell you what they don’t have available. which will be most things
This Dunkin’ is honestly one of the best I’ve been to. The service is always quick, and the staff is super respectful and polite. The place is kept clean, and the vibe is always calm even during busy hours. I come here pretty often and they always get my order right. This Dunkin is Way better than the one on Avenue J and18th Ave.
Go to literally any other Dunkin’ Donuts, Your food will either be made wrong, or you’ll Have to deal with the worst staff ever. They should Close this dumpster fire of a store. Also, don’t bother calling the phone this store doesn’t know how to set up a store phone. When i asked about calling a store phone the guy looked at me like i had 3 heads. I swear no matter what time of day or who you get.
Wish I can give zero star the customer service sucks especially the bengali lady in the morning has a very bad attitude plus she messed up my order because she had a bad attitude probably didn’t want to work there worst customer service ever
