Dunkin Donuts Newkirk Plaza service is very poor. Long line waiting. Only 2 service workers. Needs a more faster efficient system.
I ordered 3 Chipotle Hashbrown wake up wraps, i was then handed 3 Chipotle Hashbrown Bowls. i informed the worker and she replaced my food with what i originally ordered without any chipotle at all and then they forgot an entire food item we ordered 0/10. go somewhere else
Nobody know what they’re doing. Can’t bother attitude. Gets mad when they mess up orders. Need an entire new staff. I’m just being honest and I’m sure I’m not the only one
Place has really gone down in quality. Staff has a “can’t be bothered” attitude. They ALWAYS get mobile orders wrong. Don’t do mobile orders here. It’s better to go in person so they can tell you what they don’t have available. which will be most things
This Dunkin’ is honestly one of the best I’ve been to. The service is always quick, and the staff is super respectful and polite. The place is kept clean, and the vibe is always calm even during busy hours. I come here pretty often and they always get my order right. This Dunkin is Way better than the one on Avenue J and18th Ave.
