Awesome staff!
this is usually such a great dunkin but today i was lied to by an employee and am now sick! i ordered a coffee with oatmilk, but it said cream on the sticker, so i asked “is this with cream too or just oatmilk?” and she said, “no its a mistake on the ticket, its oatmilk only and i made it myself” but i can taste the cream and i am lactose intolerant. why lie when you can spend just a minute remaking it? super upsetting as this is my preferred location.
