So far my worst experience on this island. First time using their app, first time ever going to this store. The app itself doesn’t seem to be a problem, but once you pay for your order, finding it again is a challenge. The problem started when I approached the drive through order spot. It took a minute before the young man greeted me, but he was friendly enough, seemed as if he had my order and asked me to drive up- when I got there, he never acknowledged me whatsoever, proceeded to start throwing coffee lids around like fri... read more
How do you have a dozen employees yet not one is there to take an order and just ignore me. Worst service
