The service was terrible. They were very rude and didn't allow me to use a deal on my Dunkin app. They told me it was a mistake even though it was clearly on my deals page. Horrible service even though I've been there many times. I would not recommend this location. Only reason I went there is because its the closest Dunkin near me.
Please start hiring better employees who actually know how to make coffee. My order was made incorrectly. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place, especially that one cashier. They tried to tell Me my coffee was me an hour ago. It was made at one. It's only been 26 minutes maybe make your coffee right? We wouldn't have an issue.
The two old women who work there are very rude, as if you are not buying but borrowing from them, no napkins and spilled coffee.
