Whoever rated it more than a 1 is lying or a part of the franchise. Consistently getting orders wrong, unorganized and long wait times even when you order through the app. They have orders and tickets facing them so as the customer we don't know which order is our own and they don't have a system to hand out food so it forces you to touch others food to turn it around and see the names.
