I arrived at this Dunkin’ at 7:45 PM, and even though it clearly states online that closing time is 8:00 PM, the doors were locked and I was turned away. The staff member inside appeared visibly frustrated and acted as if customers were an inconvenience. I understand the challenges of customer service, but if the store hours say 8:00 PM, customers should be served until then — or the posted hours should be updated. This kind of experience leaves a bad impression.

On June 4, 2025, at 8:07 AM, I had a completely unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. A staff member who identified herself as BRENDA—a long-haired Hispanic woman—gave me an attitude the moment I walked into the building. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly not someone who should be working in customer service.
