Bacon egg and cheese with no bread
Out of all the Dunkin’s I go to this one just sucks. The coffee is always bitter and barely stirred so there’s always some type of sauce at the bottom. The sandwich isn’t as good as any other given location. I try to avoid going to this Dunkin’s when I can.
Me and my grandmother came here for breakfast and were met with poor service, employee was rude and snippy, even got loud with my grandmother. Gave me the wrong coffee, and when confronted got irritated and said something about the machine being broken, if that was the case then tell us at the speaker?? I get it, customer service is difficult, especially in the morning. But don’t yell at a senior and her grandchild. I walked in to place my order. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin and a large iced coffee. The total was $9.18. I used 600 points from the app to pay for the coffee which should have left a balance of $5.29. The young lady that helped me scanned the QR code for the coffee then had an issue with the transaction, so she called over the manager.
