Worst DD I have ever been to. They are constantly out of donuts and munchkins. The service is terrible and orders are consistently incorrect. If not for having kids, i would never set foot in this place again.
I'm still a bit shocked about my experience at this Dunkin. I went on a Sunday after placing a mobile order, they were busy and down a staff member according to the woman behind the counter. I was waiting for 25 munchkins when I saw a staff member carrying two munchkin boxes out from the back and put them behind the counter near the register. I have been to many many Dunkin and I mean many because I’m a first responder. I’m always on the road 6 days a week. So am always at different Dunkin. By far, this one is the worst I bought a chocolate frosting and the chocolate was all over the bag it was so messy, and.
