I have known Dunkin Dounuts all my life, and I am 73 years old. Unfortunately I have also experienced the the product become poorly made, favorite selections made that do not taste the same by altering the recipe. Flavored items taste like "fake" flavoring is being used that is made by the Swiss company that mocks original flavors. Imitation of flavors not real blueberries or pumpkin. Fake! Very cofusing place if you go inside. The woman who took my order was making change and talking to another employee while taking my order and messed up my order. Was in there over 15 minutes for an ice coffee and I was 2nd in line. 2 other customers had problems with their order while I was there.

This is noticeably the best Dunkin’ Donuts around. They make the best sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. It’s buttery and when I go to other stores I notice the difference. Their hashbrowns are always fluffy and not that dry heat hashbrowns. Lastly, I love the staff at the drive through check out. So nice and makes you want to come back. Such a smile in the morning. I’ve been thinking of making a review for so long and every time I go and get amazing service I’m reminded. Great staff and food
