I’m extremely disappointed with my experience this morning. I placed and paid for a simple medium iced black coffee (about $6) on the Dunkin’ app — nothing fancy — but accidentally selected the wrong location. When I got to the store and showed my receipt and transaction, I fully understood that franchises are separate. However, given the situation, I was hoping for at least a little bit of customer care.
