I placed an order thru the app. Once I got to the store for pick up I was told the item is out of stock. I asked for a refund and the workers refused to give me a refund. I was told a refund can't be given which I know that wasn't true. Then I was told refunds can't be give thru the app. I was told I need to have the entire DD card number for them to enter the information. Excuses after excuses. I never received the refund. The behavior was dishonest and very professional. HORRIBLE customer service.

I am a regular and loyal customer of Dunkin’ who prefers your brand over other coffee shops. I’ve visited many Dunkin’ locations and have always appreciated the consistent service — until a recent visit to one particular location. During this visit, I requested a Midnight coffee, which was clearly part of a current offer valid until 6 PM. The cashiers don't listen to anything, it took them three tries to figure out what needed to be done. Then they made my coffee with sugar when I asked for it without. After that, they made it in a hurry, and the coffee wasn't very good.
