Abe was very kind and the drink he made me was super delicious great customer service super cleanly he put this location on his bag!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Jack! He was running the entire store by himself, taking care of both the customers inside and the drive-thru, and you never would have guessed it from his attitude. He was friendly, patient, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Jack represented Dunkin’ extremely well, and I hope he gets the appreciation he deserves. Thanks for the great service!
I had a great experience at this Dunkin’. Jack was the only employee handling both the inside customers and the drive-thru, and he absolutely crushed it. Even while juggling everything by himself, he stayed positive, professional, and kept things moving as quickly as possible.
