This Dunkin needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY or EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! I’m a local here, so I stop by at various different times during the week and no matter what day I stop by, the drive-thru is incredibly slow!! There are always at least 3 -4 people “working” inside but somehow there’s always long waits despite customer traffic being light!! They are in prime real estate to have superior service since foot traffic is so low but it always takes 20 minutes or more for a sandwich that they just have to heat up, a coff... read more
Make sure you get your gift card back. I never received it back twice so I just have a feeling that whoever they got working there hangs on to it and then “oops!! Sorry I forgot to give it back” when I went to get it back, they had 4 or 5 just sitting there from other people. I won’t be giving them any more of my money. I’ll go to a local business for my donuts and coffee.
They don’t follow directions on a online order why give me powder donuts if they ask me what kind of donuts I will like not what Dunkin’
Drive up which is wonderful. Service fast and efficient. Donuts good. Love the decaf ice coffee. Made just right. You tell them how you want it and they accommodate.
