This dunkin location is understaffed and slow. Simple orders (one drink) can take up to a half hour with only a few customers. This is my last visit here. The locations on midlo turnpike and parham are much better. Sadly, no other options on Huguenot.
Coffee wasnt good and donuts not fresh
The donuts are shipped in frozen, no more baking on premises. This means they usually run out of glazed donuts by 9 AM. The other selections are unpredictible- often they are out of everything by noon, except for pink frosted with sprinkles and sometimes bear claws. Ive gone at 9 AM to find nothing left and no way for staff to replenish as they dont make them there. Often parts of the donuts are rock hard, from uneven thawing. I like Krispy Kreme but last 2 times they too had nothing. I buy the boxed Krispy Kremes at Publix.
Closed early and was quite rude about it
