⸻ I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ location. There were two employees working—both appeared to be South Asian. The individual taking the order had an unpleasant odor and behaved in an aggressive, almost confrontational manner. He seemed confused and disoriented, and was wearing glasses and a hat. His demeanor was so erratic that it made my family and me feel genuinely uncomfortable. I get coffee a lot here because i work nearby. The employees that work at this location are some of the best. Very friendly and professional!
Ordered on app at 5:00 am stores says opens at 4:30 , the order goes though I can see it on the screen but they keep doors locked and look at me like I’m crazy when I come to the door I waited til 5:10 they ignored me, store should’ve been open for 40 minutes. Also this has happened 5 times . Food sucks AM service is the worst I’ve ever come across
When I walk in and I order a two chicken whip and a frozen coffee I get home and I took the food out and it was cold and not cooked all the way I went back and I told a worker a woman give me a attitude and say too bad and tell me to get out I WILL NEVER GO TO THE PLACE AGAIN NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATING LIKE THAT
