⸻ I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ location. There were two employees working—both appeared to be South Asian. The individual taking the order had an unpleasant odor and behaved in an aggressive, almost confrontational manner. He seemed confused and disoriented, and was wearing glasses and a hat. His demeanor was so erratic that it made my family and me feel genuinely uncomfortable.
