They forgot adding milk to my coffee. Second time it happened. They also forgot to add add-ons that you pay extra for.
Once they gave me a blueberry donut instead of a pumpkin donut! They had pumpkin donuts too!
People are nice but today i saw a fly lurking in their donut area.
Stood in line for 10 minutes behind 3 other customers. The line never moved. Staffed With 3 behind the counter. The customer at the register at that point still didn’t receive their order. Head to the DD on Commercial - in and out with the correct order within two minutes.
It's a dunkin. Had good coffee and donuts. Bathroom was clean.
