I ordered a latte and a water and was offered a free donut because it was national donut day. I wait in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and get to the window to pay. It turns out they had rung up a latte, a water, two free donuts, and three more donuts which I did not ask for. Unfortunately I did not realize this until after I paid. If I could put zero stars I would! don’t even waste your time or money going here! They always have a stank attitude and can’t get even cook a bagel bite they are cold everytime. I even send them back and they still come out cold. I have called the manager before nothing was done. so I’m done going here because I’m not paying for attitude. I’m paying for my drink to be made correctly or a bagel bite to be warm. Like come on it’s should be pretty simple !
Better than last visit.
We simply wanted to get a few donuts with a gift card. The lady was unable to tell us how much money was on our gift card. They gave us TWO napkins and we ordered FOUR donuts. The fact that the lady was so stingy she couldn't even give us four napkins is absurd. Napkins aren't that expensive. We ordered a donut with sprinkles and icing, and there was absolutely no glaze on the donut. It was plain with half the needed icing and a few sprinkles.
