Horrible floors dirty behind the counter and the donut shelves bare!! Lots of staff but crap services won’t be back!! They need to seriously clean up and step up!

Came through the drive thru a little after 9am on 10-31-25 and the girl who took my order, not only sounded rudely annoyed and after everytime I said something would rudely ask "anything else?" Like I was bothering her. She also cut me off mid order to ask "where's Keisha?" And didn't even apologize. Then once I was done, asked rudely again if there was anything else, I said no, and she demanding said "pull forward then"....I'm sorry your parents didn't teach you manners and a company hasn't taught you customer service skill... read more
Service was terrible. I was rudely corrected by the girl taking my order. Her tone was off-putting. I almost drove off and took my business elsewhere.
I was the only one in line and was waiting to get to order a drink. Two employees saw me and ignored me. When a family came in after me they were greeted immediately and asked what they wanted. I guess I went to a racist location.
