This location is nasty. Floors not swept. Tables and trash everywhere. Doesn't even looked wiped down. Who is the manager and where is the district manager. Ridiculous
The last 4 times ive ordered an iced latte at this location ive been handed regular iced coffee instead of espresso. Ofcourse today i was trying to get to work and couldnt run in to have it fixed, again.
Literally the worst dunkin location, staff is rude and hate their job, manager doesn't care either.
I live here in Rowlett and we visited the Dunkin for the first time! 06/18/2026 But this will be the last time! A young black girl with glasses has the worst attitude ever! Never greeted us, the only word she said was it’s $20.28. Never said anything else.. she has a mad face and very unprofessional… I rather drive to the Garland Location…this probably why there was no one else in the location… this location won’t last long with people working like this! I don’t recommend this place at all!
