My favorite Dunkin, I get my coffee from here everyday for the past 2 years. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy it is.
I completely understand that it gets busy during the morning commute, however, literally zero parking available, customers basically elbow to elbow which was confusing since there were 12 employees (that I counted, could've been more in the back). Both coffees were room temp at best and both orders of hash browns were the coldest I've ever had from Dunkin!! Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER be returning to this location!! Would give it ZERO stars if that was possible!!
Worst dunkin experience ever. 7 people behind the counter, 20 people waiting for food. Hashbrowns, cold. Coffee, cold. No apologies. Just chaos. Parking lot is horrible as well!
Older Dunkin shop that is showing it's age. Entrance was not maintained with trash and food remnants present. Staff friendly and executed my order for a dozen donets in a timely manner. Parking lot is small.
