I made an order online for Dunkin’ Donuts in 63119 and when I went to pick it up, we discovered At Home the order was totally 100% incorrect! Cannot recommend this store or recommend Dunkin’ Donuts anymore because you cannot order what you want you only get what they give you. This is the second time it has happened.
Doordash orders are usually ready when I arrive to pick up and deliver.
This location was always terrible and I stopped bothering with it. The workers are completely lazy and incompetent. There is always some bizarre issue, like no large cups...
The staff was not accommodating and were rude. I ordered two of my usual drinks and they both tasted so bad couldn’t even take another sip.
Good coffee. Moderate service. Crappy location. One entrance closed. Only one way in and out.
