Very lazy workers. Drinks are made wrong here every time. I get whipped cream instead of sweet cold foam and they don’t put little ice as asked.
Recently Dunkin changed the shape of their Boston Cream and Bavarian Cream donuts to star shape. What are they thinking? Neither can hold a filling. Just a dab. Was this cost cutting? Customers are left with an unsatisfactory bite with little filling. I'm gonna have to take me business elsewhere. By the way, i always have to ask for a napkin. Who can eat a powdered sugar donut without a napkins?
The staff is very very rude. No greeting and no communication as well as letting thier friends play at the pick up window and in the drive through. Never get anything from here if you can help it.
never been back they can’t understand you (hate to be that person and my parents have thick’s accents too) but they get orders completely wrong- seriously how is this location open🤨
