I ordered an iced matcha and they gave me a cup of milk. I’m not kidding. I don’t think they put any matcha powder in my drink. These people are slow
The wait time at this location is extremely long, and the staff’s behavior felt unprofessional and disrespectful. You often have to wait a very long time to receive your order because the employees frequently appear more focused on talking than on working. I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but this particular location was very disappointing.
I understand mrngs are rush hours but this is the worst Dunkin I have been to regarding both time taken and the quality of food
