Worst Dunkin’ doughnut. Slow employees focus on Mobil orders first then takes one costumer an focus again on Mobil orders making the people wait to place an order.. 7:30am 6/26/26.
All of the employees here are very kind and friendly and I am very appreciative of them. Alam, thank you for being a great person! I am very happy to come here and pick up my coffee in the morning.
This Dunkin used to be the better Dunkin on Prospect, but i don't what happened. It's like they hired the people that work on the Dunkin next to the 2 train and get rid of the old people that used to work at this Dunkin. The old group of people that worked at this Dunkin used to make the drinks way better and provided better and faster service. This new group of people are terribly slow, miss orders, make you wait a long time, lack urgency, and on top of all that, fail to make good coffee. How do you fail to make good coffee... read more
