Staff was very rude to me . No work ethics and kindness to customers. I asked for black hot coffee almond milk. And one Splenda sweetener you put 3. I kindly told her to gave me a new coffee because I can’t do 3 Splenda cause I’m diabetic she neglected and was very rude to me. Stay away from this place .
Don’t eat in there. Roaches are running rampant.
The staff were rude and were basically just ignoring people. They took 20 minutes to even acknowledge us. They got our order wrong and even at one point canceled the order even though they were supposed to be open for another 5 hours.
Awful location. It's so dirty and the workers are unprofessional. The Baskin robbins part is also terrible!!! Nobody wants to work the ice cream stand and they wouldn't allow us to try multiple flavors, only one. They also weren't offering smoothies or milkshakes. We were treated like a burden here and we just left and just went to McDonald's instead
