I order a small matcha but they decide to put less than half a cup and a whole cup of Ice. Insane.
Workers are very disrespectful. My husband went to this Dunkin literally the day. I’m writing this review. I’m actually still in the parking lot.. The workers got a disgusting attitude at our form of payment didn’t want to scan our code and then gave him a burnt ass croissant when he approached them about the food. Rude people working there. Completely messed up my order. Did not put lid on all the way, spilled all over me. Refused to give my money back. Would not let me speak to a manager. Refused to give me a name and phone number of the manager.
