I had the worst experience today... The employee working today (Dec 21, 2025 at 11 AM) was incredibly disrespectful. When I ordered a specific coffee, he mocked my physical appearance. You should hire mentally stable staff. Absolute terrible service
I buy caramel iced coffee w cream and caramel the same way at every Dunkin. I went here and the guy made it and it was very strong barely any cream and no caramel. After going to my car I came right back in and asked that he fix my drink because it was horrible. He made me another drink the exact same way. I tried to explain to the manager what I want and he just spoke over me and refuse to listen. He says it’s his job to make the customer happy.
