POOR POOR POOR ! Drive the extra mile to the on RT46 in front of the dealer. This is the 2nd time I come here and something is always wrong! I ordered a LG Refresher and she gave me a MD - no worries. I spoke up and she gave me a LG…….but all she did was pour the medium drink in the LG so it’s not full and it’s hot and melted already. I had the worst experience today... The employee working today (Dec 21, 2025 at 11 AM) was incredibly disrespectful. When I ordered a specific coffee, he mocked my physical appearance. You should hire mentally stable staff. Absolute terrible service
I buy caramel iced coffee w cream and caramel the same way at every Dunkin. I went here and the guy made it and it was very strong barely any cream and no caramel. After going to my car I came right back in and asked that he fix my drink because it was horrible. He made me another drink the exact same way.
